Nathan Anderson, E.I. Engineer I

Nate has been involved in the engineering and construction industry since 2010. Nate began his career as a bridge & roadway project engineer designing and reviewing multiple aspects of heavy civil projects. He also has several years of experience in land and hydrographic surveying, managing hydraulic dredging and beach nourishment projects, and inspecting and testing materials that provided hands-on practical field experience. Nate has most recently been involved in the structural design of commercial, industrial, and residential infrastructure that includes: water & wastewater treatment plants, sheet piles, cofferdams, retaining walls, box culverts, and other various concrete & steel framed structures.

Nate graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a Structural Engineering Focus. When not at work, he enjoys spending time hiking and camping, personal professional development, and playing with his puppy, Izabella “Izzy”.
