This includes engineering for commercial, industrial, heavy civil, and Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDot) projects. DH Glabe & Associates services all areas throughout the state including Appleton, Milwaukee, Madison, Wisconsin Dells, Green Bay, Eau Claire and Racine.   Located in the Lake Michigan bordering city of Green Bay, the Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge was originally known as Tower Drive Bridge nut was renamed in honor of the philanthropic leader in the area, Leo Frigo. This tied-arch bridge is made of steel and concrete. Opened in 1981, the bridge has a total length of 1.51 miles. It measures 203 feet tall, 80.1 feet across, and carries Interstate 43 over the Fox River. Due to corrosion in one of the pilings, the bridge began to sag in 2013 and was closed for repairs. It had sensors installed to prevent any future movement of the bridge to go unnoticed. As of 2015 the bridge carried on average 40,000 vehicles a day.
