Jason began his career in the construction industry in 2003 as a carpenter working on residential structures. In 2007, he moved out of the field and into a design position within the engineering department for RedBuilt, an engineered wood products manufacturer. While working as a designer/drafter at RedBuilt, he simultaneously attended Boise State University where he earned his Civil Engineering Degree in 2012. With the knowledge gained through his schooling and real-world work experience, he received his EIT certificate in 2011. Jason has extensive structural experience in building as well as lumber design.
When not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, trail running, and traveling the world on short-term mission trips.
